Nettles is most famous for its ability to strengthen the lungs and immune system.
Use to reduce allergies, runny nose, watery eyes, stuffy nose, eczema, and dry skin, hair, and nails.
*This is an herbal stimulant. Not recommended close to bedtime. Caution with other stimulants like caffeine.
Suggested Use: Take 1/4 – 3 droppers with water or directly under tongue, 1-4x a day, or as directed. Turn bottle to mix.
